This male run tee fitting allows a 3/8" tube to branch off into a 1/4" NPT male port using a one-touch push-in mechanism with integrated sealant. It includes a 360 rotatable body for easy alignment and a low-disconnection-force collar to protect the tubing during removal. Rated for vacuum levels (down to 100 kPa) and operational pressure up to 1 MPa (145 psi), with burst-tested performance around 3 MPa. Constructed from brass-thread internals and PBT resin body, its lightweight, RoHS-compliant, and ideal for pneumatic networks requiring reliable, leak-resistant branching. Not suitable for potable water use.
- One-touch connection: 3/8" OD tube 1/4" NPT male, with thread sealant
- Twistable body post-installation for precise hose routing
- Low-force collar avoids tubing damage when disconnecting
- Operates in vacuum to 100 kPa and pressure up to 1 MPa; burst pressure ~3 MPa
- Suitable for nylon/urethane tubing; brass/PBT construction meets RoHS standards
- Compact and lightweight design; not for potable water applications
